Lens Warranty
When you purchase standard Scratch Resistant Coating, and your lenses become scratched or
broken under usual wear, we will replace the lenses one time within one year of purchase.
When you purchase Premium Scratch Resistant Coating, we will replace the lenses as needed
within two years of purchase . In both instances, a shipping and handling fee will be charged.
One-Year Frame Warranty
Your frame is warranteed against manufacturer defects for one year from purchase date. We
will replace the frame for a shipping and handling fee. This does not cover damage, loss,
theft or industrial safety eyewear. Defective eyewear must be returned to this office for
replacement.
Repairs
Minor repairs (i.e. screw replacement, eyewear adjustment) are available at no cost. Major
repairs (i.e. nose pads, temple replacements, etc) will be provided for a nominal fee.
